Summoning Rules/Template

I need all this info.

1. Only one animal summon
2. No Over powered animals such as dragons
3. Jutsu limits are:
S-5
A-4
B-3
C-2
D-1
4. Only five summons allowed and only one can be above A rank

Type of Animal: Where the scroll is:
How to get it: I.E. do they need to pm you, or is it an open summoning such as snakes.
Summons Names: To the right of the summon name, place the rank in parenthesis.
Appearance: If pictures, make sure to label them if you have multiple summons.
Element(s): A,S Ranks can have 2. D-B can only have one.
Jutsu: Limit it, I don't want a million jutsu per summon.
