Character Rules

-Do not Begin rping before you character is approved.
-Only one character per account but you may make as many accounts as you wish as long as you are active.
-Jutsu learned off someone else will cost half points when purchasing.
-You may only have two characters with special status, eg. anything above jounin rank, bijuu, canon clan mamber, etc. the rest must be genin, chunin, or jonin.
-If you attain a special rank you will need to stay active to keep it
-If you lose your bijuu due to inactivity then your character is dead, simple as that.
-You can only have two different elements for summons max, this means you cannot have five summons for each element. One of the elements must be one your character has. Fire, water, earth user with one Lightning summons and another wind summon is not allowed because that will mean the character has basically control over all elements in a way
-These limitations shall be placed on the Body replacement and Flicker jutsu in order to stop over use.
1 shunshin no jutsu per topic for genin, 2 for Chuunin, 3 for Jounin +, 4 for Kage
1 Kawarimi no jutsu per topic for genin, 2 for Chuunin, 3 for Jounin +, 4 for Kage

-Jutsu you may start with:
Genin (D-Rank)= 6 CANON, CUSTOM, CLAN jutsu, Max 3 C-rank
Chuunin (C-Rank)= 10 CANON, CUSTOM, CLAN jutsu, Max 3 B-rank
Low Level Jounin (B-Rank)= 15 CANON, CUSTOM, CLAN jutsu, Max 3 A-rank
High Level Jounin (A-Rank)= 20 CANON, CUSTOM, CLAN jutsu, Max 6 A-rank
(Sannin/ANBU Captain)S-Rank= 30 CANON, CUSTOM, CLAN jutsu, Max 4 S-rank
Kage (SS-Rank) (Limit 1 per village and 2 missing nin. For those 2 missing nin, they cannot both be in the same organization and cannot be partnered up.)= 40 CANON, CUSTOM, CLAN jutsu, Max 8 S-rank, 2 SS-rank
