Basic Medical Ninjutsu

Name: Chakra Scalpel

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique.

Description: White flames surround the entire area attacking the opponents like millions of bees stinging them over and over again. This technique lasts for about five posts before subsiding.

Description: To use this jutsu the user starts by gathering lightning chakra into her hands and performs the required handseals, afterward she will slam her palms on the ground releasing the lightning chakra. This lighting chakra will travel through the ground around the user and will shock any target within the area of effect. The closer the target is to the user the bigger the shock he will get, consequently the further one is the smaller the shock but even a small shock can at least make a person twitch, making them loose focus and such. At genin the area of effect is 5 feet, at Chuunin it's 10 and at Jounin it's 15 feet. (Cannot be used again for three more posts)

The more chakra focused, the greater the effect of halting an opposing force.

Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power and use only Suiton techniques. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

Description:This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is very strong. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the jutsu, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Description: Using this jutsu, the user performs the appropriate hand seals and gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route.

The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used; when used with enormous chakra, even a dry wasteland can become a small ocean. Afterward, the excess water can be used for additional water release jutsu.

Description: Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique is a giant, powerful dragon created out of water. It is first revealed in the series by Zabuza Momochi and copied at the same time by Kakashi Hatake (although it is possible that he already knew the jutsu). This jutsu needs 42 hand seals, the most amount of hand seals necessary to use a jutsu shown in the series. Another drawback to the technique is that it requires the user to be near a large body of water to complete the technique. However, Tobirama Senju was able to produce one far from water and with only one hand seal, which was a testament to his skill and one of the reasons why he was selected as Hokage.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Shadow clones can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. In the anime, Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can distinguish clones from the original, however various events throughout the series seem to indicate that this is not the case, implying that the Sharingan was merely used to keep track of the original's movements.

Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful jutsu like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.

Description: Building up an incredibly high amount of chakra into one’s fist or foot, the user will then release it all in a single instant to cause mass amounts of damage to the target or the surrounding area.

Born to the head of the family, she is the oldest, by two years, of the two girls. She was a brilliant young girl in the ninja academy, entering at the age of six. She was always getting A's and always doing well. She was always talking to people and making friends. She was one of the few people in her class to have no enemies. She didn't even have a rival. She graduated with high marks and a perfect score on the graduation exam. After finding out that she passed the graduation exam, she ran home to find her sister waiting for her. Her sister took out a staff and presented it to her sister as a graduation gift. Knowing that it wasn’t much, her sister, Hitomi, apologized over and over again. Mitsukai accepted it and loved it, always using it in her fighting style, not realizing it would become her vital tool as her shinobi path continued on.

As she became as genin, she was grouped with two guys who were always bickering about who was better.  She tried her best, surpassing the both of them while they let themselves keep bickering over every little thing. Her jonin instructor was always smiling and bragging about her progress, always trying to get others to be jealous. The two guys kept training but never caught up to her, thanks to their bickering.  However, it came to one mission, and everything changed. They had been sent to subdue some bandits.  The two guys kept bickering and didn’t notice the enemy sneaking up on them. The enemy proceeded to knock them out and kidnapped Mitsu. As Mitsu sat tied up, she overheard the enemy. The enemy had plans to use her and sell her, and even possibly rape her. As she listened on, she felt an odd sensation coming from her back. All of a sudden, a huge pain erupted from her back as she screamed out. As her captors ran to check on her, they noticed a glowing light coming from the area. When they found her, she had gigantic wings, capable of lifting her off the ground.  Using the wings, she bested her captors and proceeded back to Sunagakure.  As she got to the gates, she found her team and quite a few ANBU preparing to search for her. She approached the gate to a cheer of celebration and disbelief that she had gigantic tendril-like wings. As the leader and her jonin questioned her about the kidnapping, she explained everything, including the random growth of wings. Her parents began to think of her as a divine presence sent to help the village.

As she progressed and learned to use her wings, the chunin exam approached. This is when the team’s true light was revealed. Mitsukai led her to the finals with ease. However once there, it was clear who the strongest link was. The two guys that had been her team for so long got eliminated quickly. Mitsukai made it to the finals before a true challenge had arrived. It was a Hyuuga from the hidden leaf. The two of them sparred for hours with no end to the fight in sight. After hours, the two of them both collapsed from sheer exhaustion from the fight. The fight ended in a draw. The Kage from the other village gave both of them the right to move up. She met with her sister after the fight to tell her of the news. Her sister was so excited of Mitsu’s hard work that she had run out and bought two swords for Mitsukai. Mitsukai proceeded to name these swords, Pain and Destruction.

As a chunin, she lead a team of genin to many successes as well as successes in doing the missions alone. With luck, she was given the rank of jonin by the Mizukage.

After becoming jonin, she was given the task of leading a strong unit of jonin on a mission. This mission was to chase down and kill the people who had kidnapped her before. The team got to where the enemy was hiding only to find that one of Kirigakure’s lead ANBU was partnered with them. The team ambushed the area, with Mitsukai attacking the ANBU member. The two clashed for what seemed like ages, however it was Mitsukai who proved victorius that day. Upon returning home, she was celebrated as a hero. Unfortunately, earlier that day the Mizukage had died of a heart attack. Because of her popularity and skill, she was elevated to the rank of Mizukage to replace the previous one. Since becoming Kage, she has grown into this somewhat sense that she is an angel and that she was sent by god to save this word. No one knows exactly what brought this on; only that it has changed her.
