Lightning Release, Static Collection Skill • [Raiton, Seiteki Korekuto no Jutsu] (Pre-Approved) Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Offensive, Ranged, D Rank Requirements: Raiton Element Description: A skill where the user calls upon static electricity from the air and channels it through their own body. This static electricity can be gathered within a particular part of the body, and only released after touching another object/person. Normally the user would channel the electricity to their fist, yet that does not have to be the case. Once the user touches an object/person with the charged body part, it will channel the electricity through it. If a person is the target, it can cause them to momentarily become numbed. If an object is conductive, they will become electrically charge (Thus making some metallic projectiles, or weapons, deadlier.).

Lightning Release, Thunder Clash Technique • [Raiton, Denkō Gachin no Jutsu](Pre-Approved) Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Supplementary, Ranged, C Rank Requirements: Raiton Element Description: A skill that is normally used after a Lightning Jutsu, to add a thunderous effect. When the lightning Jutsu strikes, it will utter forth a concussion shock wave which will send the opponent backwards. Increasing the distance between the user and the individual affected by the skill by 10 feet, giving a greater opportunity to plan the next attack. (Cannot be used again for two more posts)
Lightning Release, Flash Bolt Skill • [Raiton, Sekoi Boruto No Jutsu](Pre-Approved) Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Offensive, Ranged, C Rank Requirements : Raiton Element Description: By gathering energy from the electrical ions in the air, and mixing it with chakra, the user of this technique can create an orb within their hands that, when released, creates an explosion which radius is of 3ft all around them. This will cause minor burning and shock on the enemy, although this could be a rather big nuisance to the lesser opponents. (Cannot be used again for one more post)
Name: Raiton: Raiami (Lightning Release: Lightning Web) (Pre-Approved) Rank: C-Rank Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Elemental Affinity: Lightning Description: To use this jutsu the user starts by gathering lightning chakra into her hands and performs the required handseals, afterward she will slam her palms on the ground releasing the lightning chakra. This lighting chakra will travel through the ground around the user and will shock any target within the area of effect. The closer the target is to the user the bigger the shock he will get, consequently the further one is the smaller the shock but even a small shock can at least make a person twitch, making them loose focus and such. At genin the area of effect is 5 feet, at Chuunin it's 10 and at Jounin it's 15 feet. (Cannot be used again for three more posts)
Name: Hiraishin - Sparking Electric Needle (Pre-Approved) Rank: C Description: Hiraishin is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After coming into physical contact with her opponent, The user will raise her arm into the air. She will then generate a bolt of electricity which will travel through her body into the body of her opponent.
Lightning Release, Jolt Clamp • [Raiton, Yusuburu Kasugai no Jutsu] (Pre-Approved) Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Offensive, Ranged, C Rank Requirements: Raiton Element Description: The user turns their chakra into an electrical current and grabs the opponent, sending a jolt of electricity into him, temporarily paralyzing the area in contact, and making it useless for two turns.

Lightning Release, Binding Chains of Lightning • [Raiton, Bindingu Rensa Raikō no Jutsu] (Pre-Approved) Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Offensive, Medium Ranged, B Rank Requirements: Raiton Element Description: The user gathers chakra within their arm as it begins to spark with electricity. The user then thrusts their arm forward, sending forth a chain made of lightning that wraps around the opponent, shocking them while it is around them. The opponent will be numbed.
Name: Lightning Destruction (Pre-Approved) Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Description: The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra in to lightning, then sending a powerful bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangle with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.
Lightning Release, Swarm of Humming Birds Skill • [Raiton, Mure no Haoto Tori no Jutsu] (Pre-Approved) Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Offensive, Ranged, B Rank Requirements : Raiton Element Description: A skill where the user utilizing Lightning Chakra, various sparks of lightning appear within the air. Within moments they transform into humming birds, giving off this loud humming sound. The humming birds will then rush the opponent, spreading out to hit even multiple targets. Maximum of five birds. Upon connection, the birds cause burning, shock, and numbness to their victims.
Lightning Release, Ribbon Effect Skill • [Raiton, Ribon Tegotae no Jutsu] (Pre-Approved) Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Offensive, Ranged, B Rank Requirements: Raiton Element Description: A skill that is normally used during the midst of a rain storm. The user will send forth a lightning bolt from their hands that will be channeled through falling rain drops. When hitting the rain drops, the lightning will separate and scatter, turning into many smaller lightning bolts. Which all are concentrated towards the opponent, to shock them from multiple directions.
Lightning Release, Pulse Reflection • [Raiton, Myaku Tōei no Jutsu] (Pre-Approved) Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Offensive, Ranged, B Rank Requirements: Raiton Element Description: A skill where the user concentrates a great deal of electrical Chakra within their hands, shoving it forward in order to halt oncoming projectiles. Another effect of this Jutsu is its ability to halt Jutsu that are weaker than it. This Jutsu does not have an actual chakra cost, but in turn has one that changes depending upon the situation. The more chakra focused, the greater the effect of halting an opposing force. Special: Can halt Jutsus of C Rank or less. (Except Fūton)
Name: Gian - False Darkness (Pre-Approved) Rank: B Type: Nin Description: Gian is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After required handsales, ninja will use his chakra to release a strong bolt of electricity from its mouth. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
Jutsu Name: Lightning Release: Thunder Binding (Pre-Approved) Element: Raiton Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Description: This technique lets the user create a three-sided wall of electricity to bind their opponent. The user must have three conductors to stick in the ground to create the points. Furthermore, once the enemy is inside, if they come into contact with the wall they will be electrocuted. The only way the jutsu can be broken is if an opponent were to strike one of the walls with an B rank attack, which will then deactivate the other walls. A rank is required for an Earth user, C will be sufficient for a Wind user.

Lightning Release, Dragon Lightning Technique • [Raiton, Ryukō No Jutsu] (Pre-Approved) Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Offensive, Ranged, B Rank Requirements: Raiton Element Description: Sends a Lightning-created dragon to smash into the opponent, sending forth an incredible shock through the opponent’s body that can leave their entire body burned and temporarily paralyzed. Lightning Release, Lightning Dragon Tornado • [Raiton, Rairyū No Tatsumaki] (Pre-Approved) Elemental Ninjutsu, Raiton, Offensive, Ranged, A Rank Requirements : Raiton Element, Raiton: Ryukō No Jutsu Description: Lightning emerges from the user and swirls about as a large tornado shaped like a dragon, capable of heavy hitting and shocking an opponent even if it passes by and discharges. This Jutsu is able to destroy the land as it passes by due to the spinning effect it has.
Name: Lightning Release: Sixteen Pillar Bind {Raiton: Jūrokuchū Shibari} (Pre-Approved) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton Description: A more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind, the user creates sixteen giant pillars, which then form a giant oven-like structure to trap the enemy. Once the enemy is trapped in the oven-like box, lightning would shoot out towards them. (requires 40 Chakra Control)
Name: Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder {Raiton: Jibashi} (Pre-Approved) Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton Description: This technique allows the user to create a wave of electricity from their hands. The user can vary its power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water technique. Name: Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: short to mid Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. The fireball is normally blown through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user. However, Sasuke and Itachi are seen doing this technique without making a ring over their mouth.
Name: Fire Release: Phoenix Immortal Fire Technique (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: short Description: This technique creates small fireballs, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely, difficult. Shuriken can be hid within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames they can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.
Name: Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutu Element: Katon Range: all Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
Name: Fire Release: Flame BulletTechnique (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutu Element: Katon Range: all Description: The Fire Release: Flame Bullet technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra, spits it out, and ignites it. This technique simply shoots a flame bullet at the enemy. If the amount of oil that is prepared is kept down, the time it takes to invoke the technique is reduced. This allows the enemy to be stricken unaware, allowing the oil-containing flame bullet to burn them up completely. It is also possible to shoot out a series of of flame bullets by partitioning the oil.
Name: Fire Release: Exploding Flame Shot (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutu Element: Katon Range: medium Description: By creating a spark of fire release chakra from their hands, this jutsu allows the user to throw multiple balls of orange flame from their hands, which are able to cause fiery explosions on impact. The shots can also light the opponent on fire.

Name: Fire Release: Running Fire (PRE APPROVED) Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: short to mid Description: This jutsu will create jets of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (so far, rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with Wind Release: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames, or with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains to release a massive inferno.
Name: Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique (PRE APPROVED) Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: all Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes its shape into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an updraught which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession. Anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes. (Requirement Chakra control 25)

Name:Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type:Offensive, Supplementary Description:A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. The jutsu used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Name:Wind Release: Great Breakthrough (PRE APPROVED) Rank: B Type:Offensive Description:This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame. Gaara, while in his partial transformation, can infuse this technique with sand and chakra to greatly increase the damage potential.

Name:Wind Release: Drilling Air Bullet (PRE APPROVED) Rank: A Type:Offensive Description:To use this technique, the user will first take a deep breath, and then pound its stomach to apply external pressure, the power of which it uses to shoot a highly compressed air ball from its mouth. The expelled air ball is mighty enough to hollow out the ground, and level an entire forest. Because of the large quantity of chakra kneaded into it, it explodes the moment it reaches its target, dealing an enormous amount of damage.

In addition, they can start another attack. This technique was originally used for torture, by cutting into the enemy's neck.
Name: Earth Release: Rock Staff (PRE APPROVED) Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Range: Short Description: This jutsu allows the user to take a small chunk of rock and turn it into the shape of a staff. The user can then use it as a weapon or throw it with pinpoint accuracy at their opponent. A variation of this jutsu allows the user to create several staffs and launch them at the target, but with less accuracy.

Name: Earth Release: Earth Corridor (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Range: all Description: This jutsu will cause the earth in the surrounding area to rise up and over a target and create a cavern, imprisoning the target. The user can leave an opening to allow attacks to go in to strike down the trapped adversaries, and close it up to prevent escape and even to attack.
Name: Earth Release: Earth Shore Return (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Range: close Description: After striking the ground with his hands, Jirōbō creates a large wall of earth in front of him. The defense is not perfect though, since a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall. Also, since this technique only guards frontal attacks, the enemy can easily attack from the side or even from above.
Name: Earth Release: Rising Stone Spears (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Range: Medium Description: This technique lets the user condense mud or stone, from the ground, and shape them into spikes that will protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes cannot penetrate targets of greater density.
Name: Earth Release: Rock Pillar Prison (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Range: Medium Description: This jutsu creates a large amount of rock pillars from under ground. They can then be controlled to surround their opponent and create a bamboo-like thicket of rock.
Name: Earth Release: Underground Projection Fish Technique (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Range: Medium Description: This technique is used for sneaking and striking silently, like a fish underwater, and then suddenly appearing to the ground's surface. [2] Furthermore, it's even more efficient when employed in a crowded area that, if the target notices something, can be overrun by the nearby masses, or with distractions like a Clone Technique to draw the enemy's attention. As such it is a great strategy for a guerrilla, and a likely resort, used quite often for things such as personal assassination.
Name: Earth Release: Underground Submarine Voyage (PRE APPROVED) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Range: All Description: After sinking underground by turning it into to fluid, The user can close in on the enemy with high speed, by swimming underground. Since under ground is a blind spot the target has no warning, allowing the user to launch a surprise attack. By using this technique in conjunction with a weapon, it also gains great effect as an "assault ninjutsu".

[1] Because it goes in all directions and causes such large shockwaves, this jutsu is perfect against a large number of foes, though there is the possibility of hurting one's own allies.

This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup with the proper amount of Chakra. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited.
Name:Water Release: Gunshot (Pre- Approved) Rank: C Type:Offensive Description:The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed waterball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. Name:Water Clone Technique (Pre- Approved) Rank: C Type:Supplementary Description:The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Additionally, water clones only have one-tenth of the original person's power and use only Suiton techniques. Name:Water Prison Jutsu (Pre- Approved) Rank: C Type:Supplementary Description:This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, it is very strong. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the jutsu, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water. (Required 15 Chakra Control)

Everyone has an image of the one thing they wouldn't want to ever see. This genjutsu is a technique that draws forth such an image from within the heart and has one mistake it for reality. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin.
